En varios lugares se considera un manjar\u00a0 y \u00a1con toda la raz\u00f3n!<\/p>\n<p>El pulpo,se ha ganado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, un relevante lugar en las mesas de los restaurantes donde lo encontramos en presentaciones a la parrilla, en diversos guisos en ceviche, entre muchas otras presentaciones, todas\u00a0 y cada una, deliciosas.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, <strong>el pulpo es un alimento muy saludable,<\/strong> apto para dietas de control de peso y para quienes tengan que controlar el colesterol o el \u00e1cido \u00farico. Saciante, antioxidante y muy rico en prote\u00ednas de alta calidad, sus beneficios nutricionales solo se podr\u00e1n alterar dependiendo de c\u00f3mo lo acompa\u00f1emos. Cocido y con un ali\u00f1o justo, o posteriormente asado, salteado o guisado con legumbres y verduras, se sit\u00faa como una excelente opci\u00f3n para incluir en nuestra dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas personas asumen que se come s\u00f3lo los brazos, pero no es as\u00ed. Las diversas partes del cuerpo se pueden utilizar para preparar varios platos. Hay muchas formas de comer pulpo.<\/p>\n<h3>Para cocinarlo<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando se est\u00e1 comprando pulpo para cocinar en casa es importante tener en cuenta que el<strong> volumen final podr\u00eda ser inferior a la mitad<\/strong> de lo que te llevas a casa. Tambi\u00e9n es necesario mantener al pulpo bien fr\u00edo hasta que est\u00e9 listo para cocinar. De lo contrario puede ocurrir una intoxicaci\u00f3n alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede comprar de dos maneras: listo para llevar a casa y cocinar inmediatamente, pero puede ser m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de conseguir.\u00a0 Para limpiarlo se debe retirar la bolsa de tinta y el est\u00f3mago, lavarlo y colocarlo en una olla de agua hirviendo durante unos 10 minutos.
